I am a passionate wellness professional whose purpose in this life is to help people with their wellness goals and journey. Life is a culmination of lived experiences, environments, relationships and genetics. We experience the effects of these components in how we feel , each moment or day. Melt Method helps you identify pre-pain signals in your body and address them before they manifest in your daily life.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Do you have wellness goals that you have been wanting to achieve? Need help in the process of reaching those goals and making them last? Or have you received a diagnosis or recommendation from your doctor that you need help with implementing in your life? Wellness coaching will help you in your health and wellness goals, whatever they may be.
HeartMath Coherence
Wellness includes mindfulness and breathwork. HeartMath coherence method has been shown to improve several metrics of physical and mental health health. Learn how to implement this technique in your daily life.
